1. Scope of Policy
At Codeloom Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality custom software, mobile applications, and web development services. Because our services are customized and delivered based on specific client agreements and milestones, this Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which services can be cancelled and how refunds are handled.
2. Project Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a project at any time. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to info@codeloomtechnologies.com.
Upon receipt of a cancellation request:
- Work on the project will be stopped immediately.
- An audit of the work completed up to the date of cancellation will be performed within five (5) business days.
- The client will be billed for any hours or milestones completed but not yet paid for, according to the terms of the project agreement.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are processed based on the status of the project stages and milestones:
- Upfront/Booking Fees: The initial upfront payment (typically 40% of the project estimate) is non-refundable once design or development work has commenced.
- Completed Milestones: Once a project milestone is reviewed, approved, and paid for by the client, no refunds will be issued for that milestone.
- Pre-paid Support and Maintenance Plans: Cancellations of annual or monthly maintenance plans will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused days in a cycle.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
If a refund is approved by Codeloom Technologies management following a project audit or mutual termination agreement:
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment source (credit card, bank account, or payment gateway wallet used at the time of purchase).
- Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of final approval.
- Codeloom Technologies is not responsible for any delays caused by the client's banking institution or payment gateways.
5. Dispute Resolution
