For a single store with clear requirements, the first rollout typically takes around 6–10 weeks. Multi-branch chains and complex integrations can extend this, but we always share a clear timeline before starting.

Can you integrate with Tally or our existing accounting?

Yes. We usually export sales and purchase data in Tally/Excel-friendly format, or integrate with your existing accounting or ERP layer through APIs or scheduled exports.

Is this cloud-based or on-premise?

We support both. Many clients prefer cloud deployment with role-based access for branches, while some choose on-premise installs for specific compliance reasons. We can discuss the right model for you.

Will the system work offline if internet goes down?

We design with your reality in mind. Critical billing can continue with local buffering where possible, and sync back once connectivity returns. We’ll propose an approach after understanding your network stability.
