Codeloom Technologies provides digital products, custom software applications, websites, cloud setups, and technical consulting services. We do not manufacture or ship physical goods. Therefore, all deliverables are produced, stored, and transferred digitally over secure electronic networks.

2. Delivery Methods

Our digital deliverables are shipped or handed over through the following electronic channels:

• Source Code Repositories: Access transfer via platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Cloud Deployments: Transfer of live production environments hosted on Vercel, Netlify, AWS, Google Cloud, or your custom hosting setups.
• Digital Assets & Documents: Delivery of project documentation, wireframes, or designs via Figma links, Google Drive, or email attachments.
• Mobile App Builds: Direct upload of app bundles (.apk, .aab, .ipa) to client-owned Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect accounts.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are custom-tailored and agreed upon in writing inside each project's Statement of Work (SOW) or project contract. Standard timelines typically range as follows:

• Starter/Landing Pages: 7 to 14 business days.
• Standard Business Websites: 15 to 30 business days.
• E-Commerce Stores & custom web portals: 30 to 45 business days.
• Custom ERP Systems & Mobile Apps: 45 to 90 business days, depending on modules.

Timelines are subject to client compliance with feedback loops, content delivery (logo, images, copy), and payment milestones.

4. Shipping & Delivery Charges

Since all deliverables are distributed electronically, there are no shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, or physical packaging charges applicable to any of our services.

5. Support & Access Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your delivered repositories, cloud accounts, designs, or live environments, please notify us immediately at support@codeloomtechnologies.com. We will verify your credentials and restore access within twenty-four (24) hours.
